Moved my comic book collection into a medium sized unit last week. Since I have been accumulating comic books for the last fifty years, I am sensitive to environment, security and ease of access. My previous storage location made me nervous when I noticed buckets here and there to catch water leaks from the roof. The newly opened Attleboro Self Storage has nice new equipment and paint. The loading dock permits easy rolling in of the dollies without having to lift boxes up. There are inner and outer doors to help transition from the outside weather to the climate controlled interior. Combo locks are provided with each unit, but you can use your own lock if four digits of protection is insufficient. I noticed several surveillance cameras in the main thoroughfares. Also visible is the fire detection and fire sprinkler system. Apparently, the building codes have changed and the new requirements are far greater than my previous storage location. Billing is simple via a credit card. The lease is the usual: no weapons of war or food allowed. I found the lighting to be sufficient. As always, good fences make good neighbors and I found the walls of the unit to be secure with no odd smells coming from other units. It was a lot of work to move from my previous unit, but now I won't worry when the weather gets bad.

Kate was amazing.....having worked self storage for a long time I was amazed at her willingness to go above and beyond to make sure she covered everything from loading to the lock which is included in rental.
